Once we have evaluated your lot and specific home needs, we will guide you through our custom design process.

Many of our customers have great ideas, photos or pieces of designs that they want to incorporate in their new home. Jeff Watson Homes will help you put those ideas on paper and develop them into a fully functional home.

We produce a 3 dimensional floor plan, complete specifications and a total price at NO COST prior to contract.

And since we are the Builder, we know what things cost. Therefore, we are able to keep you in your budget as we are designing your home.
